Come join the fun at Ladies ‘Nice’ Night Out: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. June 9th at Medical Care Building, 1500 W. Elk Ave. Ages 18 & up. On Saturday, February 11th starting at 9:00am we will provide a FREE personal safety seminar at Hunter First Baptist Church for women high school age & up. The main session will be led by a Sargent from the Elizabethton Police Dept. who has over a decade of experience and is a trainer in tactical self-defense. The objective is to educate in the areas of statistics and awareness, and then to provide basic information on simple tactics as well, complete with hands on practice.
