Personal Safety Seminar for Women

On Saturday, February 20th starting at 1:30pm we will provide a free personal safety seminar at Elizabethton Alliance Church for women high school age & up. The main session will be led by a Sgt. from the Elizabethton Police Dept. who has over a decade of experience and is a trainer in tactical self-defense. The main objective is to educate in the areas of statistics and awareness, and then to provide basic information on simple tactics as well. There will also be a session presenting how to use technology, smartphones and apps as safety tools, as well as a question and answer time. We encourage any women to come. The seminar will be finished by 5pm and there will be breaks throughout.
